Through this channel, you can contact us and report, anonymously if you wish, any irregular or criminal behaviors or situations related to bribery, collusion, influence peddling, money laundering, terrorism financing, corruption between private parties or within private entities, that may have been carried out or intended to be carried out by our employees or third parties with any type of commercial relationship with SIMED Peru. Anyone submitting a complaint must do so in accordance with the non-waivable principle of good faith, supported by sufficient grounds and objective evidence demonstrating the existence of the violation. Therefore, the complainant/informant has the responsibility to provide all evidence that may be in their possession and that substantiate their complaint/communication. The reporting of incidents or breaches must always be carried out in accordance with the principles of truthfulness and clarity. The CONFIDENTIALITY of the data of the complainant or the person submitting the communication through the channels established by SIMED Peru is guaranteed, with absolute protection of their identity and a complete absence off reprisals. To ensure such confidentiality and the absence of reprisals, SIMED Peru has designated the Compliance Officer as the individual responsible for managing complaints.
